Meet Our Team

Irit M. Sandler, DMD graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry in 2003. She subsequently completed two years of residency at North Shore University Hospital where she was Chief Resident, supervising and coordinating six residents. Irit worked in private practice for several years until she took a break from clinical dentistry to raise her children. She later became Associate Director of Clinical Support at OralCDx Laboratories where she was involved in oral cancer research and prevention, and gave lecture presentations at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. As Office Manager, Irit uses her leadership, organizational and management skills to efficiently serve our patients. She is passionate about dentistry, specifically the benefits of good oral hygiene and prevention. In her free time she enjoys long distance running, yoga and reading novels. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and three daughters.

Elizabeth Sullivan is an experienced dental assistant who has worked in dental offices since 2012. She joined our team to focus on a passion of hers; children and pediatric dentistry. Elizabeth is a very patient, loving person who enjoys working with and helping children. She excels at giving presentations on the importance of oral hygiene. In her free time, Elizabeth can be found cleaning and organizing her home, and shopping for her children. She also enjoys spending quality time with her young son and daughter.

Rosamaria Cutaia, known around the office as Rosa, is a certified Dental Assistant. She has been working in the dental field for over 13 years. Rosamaria loves working with children of all ages. She enjoys watching them grow up and mature into young adults. Rosamaria is a very patient, kind and caring individual. She is extremely passionate about her work and is devoted to her patients, their families and her colleagues.When she is not at work, spending time with family is a priority for Rosamaria. She has taught dancing, she loves to travel, shop and go for long walks. Rosamaria also speaks three languages: English, Italian, and Spanish. When you see her, ask her to say hello in all three of them!

Nuvia Crespo is an experienced dental hygienist who has been working in the dental field for 16 years, including 7 years as a dental hygienist. She is fun loving, a true team player and all around helpful person. She enjoys working with kids and she loves how they keep her on her toes. Nuvia also has three wonderful children of her own.

Samantha Garcia is a 2006 graduate of the New York City College of Technology, She has been a Dental Hygienist for over 15 years. Samantha takes pride in educating her patients and loved ones on the importance of good dental hygiene. Working with children is her passion and she is dedicated to making their dental experiences fun and positive. As a life long resident of the Bronx, she is happy to be working in our local neighborhood. Samantha is a mom of four wonderful kids. In her spare time she enjoys cooking and being outdoors.

Khaleelah, otherwise known as Kay, has been a practicing Dental Hygienist since 2014. She is a graduate of Hostos CUNY College, and has worked specifically in pediatric practices throughout her career. Kay enthusiastically interacts with children with ease, and her calm and gentle nature can soothe an inexperienced dental patient. During her free time, Kay enjoys spending quality time with her two sons Ja and Jordan.

Babette earned her Associates degree in dental hygiene in 1997 fromOnondaga Community College in Syracuse and her Bachelors in Allied Healthfrom SUNY Empire State in 2022. Babette loves working with kids and findsthem absolutely delightful. She does her best to make their appointment afun and positive experience that makes them look forward to coming back. Inher spare time she enjoys books, writing, and traveling with her family.

Rosemary earned her degree in dental hygiene from Hostos Community College and has been practicing for over 10 years. She enjoys educating patients about dental prevention and answering questions about their oral health. In her spare time, Rosemary can be found singing or and reading. She feels blessed to have a wonderful husband and three children and loves spending time with them.

Gabriela is a dedicated student at Manhattan College with a passion for Biology. Currently pursuing her undergraduate degree, she's on track to graduate in 2024. Gabriela aspires to further her education in dentistry, and eventually wants to open her own dental practice.
